David Malachi, known professionally as DJ Motiv, is a North Carolina-based DJ, music producer, songwriter, and event promoter known for bringing energy, versatility, and originality to every stage he touches.
With deep roots in soul, funk, R&B, hip-hop, and rap, DJ Motiv has built a signature style shaped by both heritage and experience. Influenced by his father’s love for timeless music and his own passion for modern sounds, he creates sets that blend classic rhythm with fresh energy, delivering experiences that connect with diverse audiences.
DJ Motiv is active across nightclubs, weddings, private events, and high-profile functions, adapting his sound to fit the crowd while keeping the atmosphere unforgettable. Beyond live performances, he is deeply involved in the creative side of music as a producer, artist, and promoter.
